Zuzia and John’s wedding is one of those events that stays with you for a long time. The ceremony took place in a stunning mountain setting in Manchester, Vermont. From start to finish, we were surrounded by breathtaking views. The venue not only had beautiful scenery but also a rich history. It used to be a horse stable, which now serves as a magical rustic barn fit perfectly for weddings. The vows were exchanged in a lovely historic church in Stratton, a place significant to the couple as it’s where Zuzia and John first met.

The wedding took place in August. It being summer, we expected beautiful weather, but were quite surprised upon arrival. Instead of sunshine, we were greeted by a downpour that just wouldn’t let up. It was a great learning experience for us, that weather can be unpredictable, and can never be taken for granted. The rain posed quite a challenge since the ceremony was planned for an outdoor space. Up until the very last minute, we weren’t sure whether we could hold the reception outside. We do, however, always do our best to make the couple’s dreams come true. Despite the stress, everything turned out beautifully, and the wide smiles of the newlyweds were a living testament of our efforts.

The event included a Rehearsal Dinner for the family and later a Welcome Party for all guests. The entire venue was practically empty but for the stable. We had to organize everything from scratch: renting tables, chairs, and dinnerware, and we also hired an outside caterer along with full service. All the wedding decorations were created by Best Memories Co.

The whole event went according to the couple’s expectations. Despite the weather challenges, everyone was thrilled!
